3. Delivery Policy – We dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding the day of placement. Please refer to our Shipping Rates page for information on shipping rates. Our couriers are EVRI(MyHermes) and FedEx, and the courier used depends on the destination address and the package’s value.

4. Refund/Cancellation Policy – Our primary objective is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, please note that under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 working days from the day following the delivery of the item. This policy applies to all of our products. We accept returns of unused, complete products that are in “as new” condition. To cancel the contract, please securely package the item and send it to us with the delivery slip. For your protection, we suggest that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price.
